About Good Buy Clothes

Sister Maura Murphy and Sister Celeste Dempsey of the Ursuline Sisters, an Order of the Roman Catholic Church. A non-profit Christian Outreach Program whose purpose is to assist our coastal communities in meeting their basic needs.
Run by Volunteers
GBC is staffed by volunteers from Ek, CA to Stewart's Point communities. Volunteers serve at their discretion and must be willing to commit to the objective of Good Buy Clothes.
Serving the Coastal Community
Profits from the monthly sales are given to charities of the Southern Mendocino Coast. Over $550,000 has been donated sine our founding in 1994.
About Us
How Are Your Donations / Purchases Used?
All net proceeds from our sales and direct donations remain for use in our local communities. Our volunteers donate their time to sort, lightly clean as needed, prepare items for sale, and work on sales dates. Some of our expenses are for building rental and utilities, otherwise, all donations go directly to local charitable organizations.
